THE COFFEY HOUSE: Sleeps up to six guests and includes three private upstairs bedrooms. The living room has a fireplace, TV, VCR, DVD, heating, air-conditioning and adjoins enclosed sun porch. The Cape Cod home has a real open, airy flow to it and yet people find private space in the house, on the porch as well as the outdoor surroundings.

Great outdoor furniture, BBQ's, and hammock; a restful space as you watch the birds at their feeders! The hammock is big enough for two and sits under a gorgeous, old Linden tree!

FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN AT THE COFFEY HOUSE

Trails for hiking right off the property as well. An easy walk to Barnstable Village for breakfast and picking up the paper at the General Store, taking care of banking, mailing letters, or watching the ships on Barnstable Harbor.

Barnstable Village...only 1 1/2 miles down the road has great restaurants, antique shops, Millway Beach, Whale Watching and Fishing Vessels. Close by...within three miles is the famous Craigville Beach, Atlantic Ocean and Nantucket Sound. If you prefer, there is a fresh water pond and the exquisite Lake Wequaquet. Plenty of sailing, lobster and fried clams close by!

There is a separate dining area located next to the fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen has all the amenities including, stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, pots/pans, silverware, and dishes.

Directly off the living area is a delightful sunroom, welcoming you to relax and enjoy all the outdoors has to offer, while BEING INSIDE.

THE BLUE ROOM

The bedrooms are quiet and comfortable. All towels and linens are included. Each room have their telephones and are air-conditioned. Two of the bedrooms are equipped with queen size beds.

The Blue Room has its own TV/VCR.

THE MASTER BEDROOM

The master bedroom includes a king bed, is beautifully furnished and includes French doors that open to a balcony that overlooks the property!

RATES The 3-bedroom home (sleeps 4 -6 persons)

● Weekly Rate: $2400
● Additional Guests: An additional charge of $80 per night for each guest over 6
● One half of the weekly fee ($1200) confirms your reservation
● The balance ($1200) is due upon arrival at The Coffey House
● Confirmation is mailed upon receipt of your deposit

THE Cape Cod COTTAGE: The adorable one-bedroom cottage is located in a very private serene setting overlooking woodland. It comes fully furnished and equipped with a Queen size bed, a double futon, telephone. television, VCR, heat and air-conditioned. All linens are provided. It has a full kitchen and bath.
